
Anton has a great, home made, pizza oven. Sorting and crushing the grapes took about 4 hours to do 1000kg of grapes. A lot of thin and crunchy pizzas were required. To top things off Anton made a pear tart from his farm's pears.The top photo shows the pear tart, the blue tub into which are sangiovese was crushed into and a gleefull Tom the Pom (farm hand and apprentice at Lucy Margaux). :]
